We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saltrock. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Kendal and Keswick stores.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Implement and maintain effective communication systems to ensure seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
