Senior Operations Manager

This is a full-time and permanent position with Premier Recruitment Group Limited, working for a well-established healthcare company specializing in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. The role is an exciting and varied field-based position with opportunities for career progression.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Locality Manager and provide operational and commercial leadership to a team of Service Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Service Delivery: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to service users and providing high-quality services while maximizing EBITDA.
- Financial Controls: Reviewing and monitoring eligibility criteria and charging policies for service provision.
- Quality Management: Embedding 'Care Pathways' across the area and ensuring all services comply with internal company policies, procedures, and external legislation, including CQC, SP, Preferred Provider, and Local Authority contractual standards.
- Performance Management: Managing individual performance, promoting CPD, and addressing underperformance effectively.
- Staff Supervision: Ensuring relevant and appropriate supervision for all staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Improving efficiencies without compromising quality or safety of service users or staff.
