Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances in customers' homes.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector, with up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.
About YouYou will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a passion for repairing domestic appliances first time. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus an uncapped bonus scheme and OTE of up to £50,000 per annum.

We operate a pre-ordering software system, allowing you to see your jobs in advance and pre-order the required parts. Our engineers are supported daily by regional service managers and area service managers in the field, and by office-based service desk teams and manufacturer technical teams.
