About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.

With a strong background in appliance repair and maintenance, you will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for repair will make you a valuable asset to our team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity
  • Up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for repair
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus an uncapped bonus scheme and OTE of up to £50,000 per annum. You will also receive a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, as well as a company pension scheme and private van use (optional, subject to HMRC Tax rules).
