Our client, a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £50M, is seeking a Construction Manager specializing in electrical projects to join their esteemed team.
This role offers a significant opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage electrical installations within the commercial sector, further enhancing the company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects from design through to completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager, you will attend site and office meetings, coordinate with sub-contractors, and oversee all aspects of the construction process.
Your duties will include producing and reviewing technical submittals, RAMS, and progress reports, and ensuring quality assurance for all electrical installations.
Additionally, you will liaise with clients to provide regular updates and work with the site team to resolve any design issues before installation.
Candidates must hold SSSTS/SMSTS/ECS Black Card certification and have extensive experience working with M&E sub-contractors, particularly within commercial projects. A proven track record in construction management, with relevant electrical qualifications and a stable career history, is essential. Experience with data centre construction is highly desirable.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to be involved in landmark projects in London, including a significant commercial design and build project valued at £50 million MEP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
- Oversee and manage electrical installations within the commercial sector
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and oversee all aspects of the construction process

Requirements:
