Senior Electrical Project Manager

Our client is a large and long-established M&E Building Services Sub-Contractor operating in the London Fitout and refurbishment sector. They employ about 200 people, with a turnover of approx £100m p/a. Operating from a very convenient London Location, they are a particularly quality driven contractor, and work on some of the very best London fitout projects.
They are looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Project Manager to control projects typically between £1M and £8M in Electrical Value. All Projects are in the Cat A and Cat B Fitout Sector, with an emphasis on work within Central London.
We are looking for someone with extensive Electrical Project Management experience within the Interior Fitout Sector, ideally within the London Market. Our client is specifically looking for someone who can show clear career development and stable, long periods with employers.
This client does not engage in residential project work, and we would expect the successful individual to have comprehensive experience of successful Electrical Building Services Installation project management and delivery on contracts with the Major Tier 1 Contractors. This client are professional, but relaxed and we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team who all get on really well. Staff turnover at this company is exceptionally low.
