Job Title: Asset Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and accounted for.
  • Work closely with the Performance Manager to ensure effective asset management and optimize asset utilization.
  • Develop and implement asset tracking and monitoring systems to ensure timely identification of asset-related issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on asset management best practices and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex asset-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Good understanding of asset management principles, practices, and technologies.
