Job Summary: We are recruiting a Domiciliary Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our homecare service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of care services to our clients. This role involves coordinating with caregivers, maintaining records, and promoting best practices in care management.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of the Care Standards regulations. You will work closely with our Director to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our homecare service.
- Coordinate with caregivers and ensure timely delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Promote best practices in care management and quality assurance.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in care management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Standards regulations and ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to recruit, select, and supervise a dispersed workforce.
