Job Responsibilities

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead the delivery of procurement and commercial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of professionals to achieve excellent results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholders and customers to negotiate complex agreements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in e-procurement systems, EU and public procurement regulations, and equality legislation will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, managing budgets, and leading teams. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in procurement and commercial services, preferably within the NHS or public sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Expertise in e-procurement systems, EU and public procurement regulations, and equality legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.
