About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at Itineris. As a key member of our Project Teams, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our UMAX solution at our customers' premises in the UK.

This is a UK-based role that requires relevant ERP implementation experience within the Utilities industry. If you have a strong background in this area and are passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the link between Business and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage customer expectations and translate Business & Functional requirements into application solutions.
  • Attend workshops and meetings with customers onsite to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Follow up on testing and guarantee the quality of the solution.
  • Contribute to the further evolution of the Itineris standard UMAX solution.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Service Delivery Consultants.
  • Participate in project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas.
  • Apply your expertise to deliver high-quality consulting services to new and existing customers.
  • Continuously develop and extend your knowledge within the Utility market and transfer knowledge to other colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills (master's degree or equivalent through experience).
  • Experience with the Utilities market is a must.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Functional Consultant in the context of large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations.
  • Expert in identifying business requirements and excellent understanding of customers' business processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Willing to travel to the client (Reading area) depending on the project implementation phase.
  • Dynamic team player with a true problem-solving mentality.
  • Hands-on, likes to take initiatives, and driven by quality.
