Key Responsibilities- Business Liaison: You will serve as the link between Business and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Requirements Management: You will manage customer expectations and translate Business & Functional requirements into application solutions.
- Onsite Workshops: You will attend workshops & meetings with the customer onsite, ensuring effective project progress.
- Quality Assurance: You will follow up on testing and guarantee the quality of the solution.
- Solution Evolution: You will contribute to the further evolution of the Itineris standard UMAX solution.
- Module Ownership: You will take ownership of the assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members.
- Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Service Delivery Consultants.
- Risk Identification: You will participate in the project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas.
- Expertise Application: You will apply your expertise to deliver high-quality consulting services to new and existing customers.
- Knowledge Transfer: You will continuously develop and extend your knowledge within the Utility market, and transfer knowledge to other colleagues.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You should have strong analytical skills, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Utilities Market Experience: Experience with the Utilities market is a must.
- Functional Consultant Experience: You should have at least 3-5 years' experience as a Functional Consultant in the context of large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations.
- Business Requirements Identification: You should be expert in identifying business requirements and have an excellent understanding of customers' business processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- PowerApps and Common Data Services Experience: Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro, is a plus.
- Communication Skills: You should have excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Travel Requirements: You should be willing to travel, depending on the project implementation phase, to the client.
- Team Player: You should be a dynamic team player with a true problem-solving mentality.
- Quality Driven: You should be hands-on, likes to take initiatives, and is driven by quality.
- Customer Orientation: You should be 100% customer-oriented and adapt swiftly to fast-paced and quickly changing environments.
