Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development
    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand voice.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt the content strategy to meet changing market demands.
  • Content Creation
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various platforms (blogs, social media, videos, infographics, etc.).
    • Create both long-form and short-form content assets tailored for demand generation and audience engagement.
  • Content Activation
    • Plan and execute content activation strategies to maximize reach and engagement in alignment with demand generation and social media.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and lead a content team from the ground up, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in content creation and activation, with a focus on modern, snackable, and clickable content.
    • Proven experience in creating both long-form and short-form content assets for demand generation.
    • Proven experience in building and leading content teams from the ground up.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
