The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and that our team members are supported and developed to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the care delivered to residents, ensuring that legal requirements are met and the highest standards are maintained.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
• Oversee the financial management of the home, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the home and attract new residents.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and local authorities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care or residential setting.
• Strong understanding of care regulations and legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and finances.
• Knowledge of Person Centred Software (PCS) and other relevant systems.
