Sales Executive

About the Role
Churchill Living Ltd is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Hertford. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets for our retirement living developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Work closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
- Show customers apartments and provide them with information about our developments, including floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in new homes sales, preferably in the retirement market, is an advantage. You must be able to work independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
