Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily needs of children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to care plans and guidelines.
  • Participate in weekend and evening activities, supporting children's interests and hobbies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
