Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Factory Packers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production of materials for supply to global customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate specific machinery within the extruder area in a safe and effective manner.
  • Manufacture materials to meet quality specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain run rates at 90% or above.
  • Responsible for the quality of the product produced.
  • Cleanout of extruders and ancillary equipment.
  • Ensure working area is kept clean and tidy and free from obstacles affecting the safe working condition of others.
  • Record personal daily activity information.
  • Accurate recording of all production statistics.

Requirements:

  • Numerate and literate.
  • Ability to interpret detailed work orders and quality information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to be trained in operation of extruders and ancillary equipment.
  • Operate as part of a manufacturing team.
