**PAY: £11.55 per hour**

**Hours**: Two-week rolling rota
Week 1:
Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00
Fri 06:00-11:00

Week 2:
Mon-Thurs 14:00-22:00
Fri 11:00-16:00

**Main purpose of the job**:
Packing finished goods as specified on shop order. To achieve the tasks identified above within agree time and effectively communication progress to others.

**Specific responsibilities and tasks**:

- Packing at the end of an extruder line
- Operation of light machinery in a safe manner
- Accurate recording of material waste
- Recording of personal daily activity information
- Participation in company wide and specific continuous improvement activities
- Reporting machine defects, or defects to the Production Team Leader
- Assisting colleagues/departments or undertaking other duties as requested by Production Team Leader.

**Personal Specification**:

- Numerate and literate
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to be trained in operation of guillotine machine
- Operate as part of a manufacturing team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.55 per hour
