Our esteemed client, a leading provider of luxury care services, requires a highly skilled Peripatetic / Turnaround Manager to transform underperforming homes and maintain exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Step in as the Registered Manager at underperforming homes across the South of England, ensuring delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Drive operational improvements, foster an environment of excellence, and guarantee compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Work closely with teams to improve staff engagement, training, and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans for quality enhancement, ensuring both short-term and long-term success.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A seasoned Registered Manager with a strong background in achieving excellent CQC reports.
  2. Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
  3. Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
Compensation Package:
  • A highly competitive salary of £69,000 per annum, plus a £4,000 car allowance.
