The role of Accounts Manager at Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited is a key position within our Northampton Compliance team. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid working and flexible working options.

The successful candidate will be responsible for line managing and developing the staff in the accounts team, managing and implementing Accounts Workflow Procedures, and overseeing the workflow preparation of statutory accounts. They will also be responsible for reporting to Partners directly, ensuring queries are cleared and exceptions/points of note are communicated to Partners for client communications.

We are looking for an ACCA / ACA qualified individual with strong UK practice experience and previous line management experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills, as well as the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

  • ACCA / ACA qualified
  • Strong UK practice experience
  • Previous line management experience
  • Financial Reporting - UK GAAP experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
