Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in coordinating with various stakeholders and driving project execution. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, spanning different disciplines such as IMR, SURF, subsea installations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee project activities to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and drive project execution.
  • Work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, spanning different disciplines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
