Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to a caseload of 45 learners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,500-£28,500, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is required.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting is necessary.
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.
