About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Operative to join our team at Rendall & Rittner. As an Estate Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the development is well-maintained and free from defects and health and safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections and cleaning tasks.
  • Engage with residents, guests, and external contractors to provide excellent customer service.
  • Support your team and build strong working relationships.
Requirements:
  • Hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record.
  • Be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years.
  • Have a good eye for detail and be able to carry out regular inspections and cleaning tasks.
  • Be a true expert in customer service and understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
