A Day in the Life

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be part of our established kitchen team, working together to deliver exceptional service to our guests daily. Our kitchen team is the backbone of our culinary operations, and we are passionate about serving delicious dishes to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

As a Breakfast Chef, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes to menu specification
• Preparing the breakfast buffet and replenishing as required throughout breakfast service
• Preparing for conferences and events taking place within the hotel
• Assisting with preparing the kitchen for lunch and dinner service
• Ensuring all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Following all food safety and health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of breakfast dishes and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
