Estate and Legal Advisor Opportunity

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Estate and Legal Advisor to join our client, a dynamic company based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work alongside experienced tax and legal advisors, helping safeguard assets and structure wills and trusts in a tax-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of Estate projects, including drafting Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documents.
  2. Assist senior colleagues on complex Estate matters.
  3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  4. Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
