About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with a diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve and advise residents on complaints, ensuring targets are met within your service area.
  • Log all complaints in accordance with our policy and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment. You will be well-organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels. IT literacy is also essential.

What We Offer
