Telephone and Donations Coordinator

We are seeking a Telephone and Donations Coordinator to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide excellent customer service and support, handling face-to-face, phone, and online enquiries.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using their administration skills to complete procedures accurately and arrange collections of donations via our local van teams. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and experience while making a real difference in the lives of families and loved ones living with heart and circulatory disease. We are unable to accept volunteers aged under 16 or with unspent criminal convictions.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Handling face-to-face, phone, and online enquiries, supported by the team
- Completing administration procedures accurately
- Arranging collections of donations via our local van teams

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
