Automotive Shop Operations Manager

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a supervisor in our retail stores. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets.
About the Role:
You will engage with customers across various channels, including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru services. Your primary focus will be on supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. A strong communicator with excellent leadership skills is required to effectively manage a team of up to 10 people.
Key Responsibilities:
