About the Role:- Lead our psychology services and develop our psychosocial interventions offer to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use.
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care and support to our service users.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support recovery and improve outcomes for our service users.
- Collaborate with our national team of Psychologists and qualified counsellors to ensure consistency and quality of care across our services.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to our team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care.
Change Grow Live is a national charity that provides a range of services to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Based Consultant Psychologist to join our team.
Requirements:- Registered Psychologist with a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic background.
- Experience of working at a Band C (NHS) equivalent level to provide regional leadership of services and people.
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support recovery and improve outcomes for our service users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
We offer a competitive salary range of £71,019 - £81,617 (pro rata for part-time), as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
