**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychological assessments and treatments for clients experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD. As a Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions, including trauma-focused CBT and EMDR. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and participate in supervision and peer consultation to maintain high standards of practice. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with best practices and guidelines related to PTSD and trauma-informed care, maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote collaboration and coordination of care. This role requires a strong background in clinical psychology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
