Key Responsibilities

  • Register samples into the laboratory system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with customer service to resolve sample queries and deviating samples.
  • Create customer references in the laboratory system and ensure all customer equipment data is up-to-date.
  • Print customer asset labels for registration and mobile app.
  • Ensure accurate entry and receipt of incoming samples onto Labware, adhering to the correct analysis and printing labels as required.
  • Distribute sample information to the appropriate departments.
  • Respond to customer requests and process samples in accordance with these requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume submission or fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines.
  • Previous data entry/admin experience.
  • GCSE in Science, Mathematics, and English grades A to C or equivalent.
