**The Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Director - Quality Assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing a site team to coordinate the safe management of operational activities on projects.

The role involves ensuring HSQE, programme, and budget requirements are met.

  • Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public as a whole.
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team as appropriate.
  • Adopt, maintain, and promote cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare, review, and update realistic scheme programmes.
  • Develop and brief method statements and risk assessments.
  • Provide 'as constructed' records to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File following scheme completion.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
