We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Design Consultant to join our dynamic team at Paint Red Ltd. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on our luxury summerhouses and garden rooms, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Working closely with our design team to create custom layouts and visualizations that bring customers' visions to life
  • Utilizing your consultative sales approach and service skills to guide customers through the design and purchase process
What We Offer

As a Sales Design Consultant at Paint Red Ltd, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £29,500, increasing with service. You will also be eligible for a generous quarterly bonus scheme up to £8,000 per year, as well as additional performance bonuses for hitting annual targets. You will receive commission payments on every building sold and enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to discover and help overcome objections and close sales
  • Experience using a CRM system (full training will be given)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
