About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Design Consultant to join our team at Paint Red Ltd. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the design and purchase process, using your consultative sales approach and service skills to showcase your creative skills and bring clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your consultative sales approach and service skills to guide customers through the design and purchase process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with the design team to create custom layouts and visualizations that meet clients' expectations
  • Identify and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Sales and service driven with a creative and inspiring personality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
