About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly trained Locum Consultant in Neuro-Rehabilitation to join our team at the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic organisation that has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general neurological out-patient and consultation services at one or two district general hospitals, ensuring a high standard of patient care is delivered and achieved at all times.
  • Liaise with clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, and neurophysiologists to support high-quality safe care.
  • Participate in medical audit, appraisal, and mandatory training in the Centre.
  • Participate in Continuing Medical Education, including the "in-house" CME.
Requirements
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Current GMC registration
  • Specialty certificate exams in Neurology or equivalent
  • MD or PhD research qualification, or equivalent
