We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ERIKS. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Manage and control manufacturing licenses for private brand manufacturing partners.
- Develop and maintain quality inspection procedures for incoming goods.
- Manage and resolve non-conformities (NCRs) both internally and externally.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with REACH, RoHS, CMRT, and CE/UKCA marking requirements.
- Hold regular quality meetings to discuss and address quality-related issues.
- Liaise with customer quality engineers and globally distributed manufacturers to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of metallurgy and polymers is an advantage.
- Experience in quality assurance at an engineer level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
