Responsibilities
  • Input client details onto Prestwood system
  • New business administration
  • Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns
  • File checking for completeness
  • Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
  • Help advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas etc.
  • Supporting the Investment Proposition as necessary
  • Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate
Future Development

The role will progress to include attending client meetings with adviser, technical research, fee estimates, building financial plans on Prestwood system, drafting simple suitability letters, and simple tax returns.
