Job Summary

We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our dedicated team at the hospital. The successful candidate will provide exceptional cleaning services to patients, visitors, and staff, while maintaining high hospital standards. About the Job

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the hospital are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors. This includes tasks such as high and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces, as well as cleaning wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected and public areas. You will also be responsible for ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. It is essential that you are confident working in a hospital environment and aware that you may come into contact with patients who are particularly unwell or showing signs of distress.

Salary and Benefits
