Role Overview

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Child and Family Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of one-to-one work with children and young people, identifying the most appropriate pathway based on an assessment of needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake return interviews for all missing from home or care notifications received by Police and Social Care within strict timescales.
  • Provide educational awareness within local authority residential homes and foster care providers.
  • Identify ways in which we can improve the wellbeing, reduce harm, and ensure children and young people are appropriately supported by relevant services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of children and young people, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
