The Work Shop is seeking a skilled Accounts person to join our team on a part-time basis. As a well-established international company with a UK centre in Ringwood, we require an experienced professional with a strong background in accounts management.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of SAP and Sage, with experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger, Credit Controller, and Month End processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 hours of work per week, spread over 5 days.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate, within the range of £15 to £17 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Sage, with experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger, Credit Controller, and Month End processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
