We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
- Accurately process customer orders, manage finance applications, and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, and making recommendations to customers.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- A competitive basic salary between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £25,000 per year.
- A guaranteed commission of £500 per month in the first three months, with no limit on potential earnings.
