About the Job

We are looking for an exceptional Electronic Security Solutions Manager to join our team at G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers in designing, installing, and maintaining electronic security systems.
  2. Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Collaborate with site project manager and site manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  4. Conduct regular surveys to identify opportunities for additional work.
  5. Manage subcontractors and assist with their site attendance for reactive and PPM works.
  6. Accurately collect and record site hardware and software configuration information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing electronic security systems teams.
  • Broad IT knowledge, including software installation and networking principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to work irregular hours and be on a 24/7 call rota.
  • 5-year checkable employment history and right to work in the UK/EU unrestricted.
