About the Role

We are seeking an experienced oncology physiotherapist to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to support patients at every stage of their cancer journey.

The role will involve working independently as an autonomous practitioner, developing others, and contributing to the evaluation and development of clinical practice and service expansion. You will have the opportunity to develop your career and stretch and grow beyond your current skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with cancer
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients' recovery and rehabilitation
  • Work independently as an autonomous practitioner, making decisions and taking responsibility for patient care
  • Develop others, including colleagues, students, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of clinical practice and service expansion

Requirements

  • HCPC Registration
  • Physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent
  • Post-registration specialist clinical experience working in Oncology and/or Haematology
  • Post-registration clinical experience across a wide range of core physiotherapy areas
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of oncology conditions, treatments, and pathways
  • Advanced communication skills
  • A passion and interest in cancer care
