We are seeking a Planning Project Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations and excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role:

The Planning Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the management and coordination of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. This will include conducting research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management and coordination of multiple planning projects
  2. Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  4. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
  • Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
