£35,000 - £45,000 salary is offered for the position of a seasoned and quality-driven Registered Manager at SCR. The home provides residential care to older adults in Birmingham, a charming small-to-medium-sized facility with many residents living with dementia. We are seeking a qualified candidate who has prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes. Key responsibilities include:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional person-centred care.
