Eyewear Specialist

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Optician to join our team at The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. As an Optical Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible eye care. You will be responsible for dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts, as well as assisting patients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with complex vision problems. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and providing feedback to management on ways to improve services.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Optician
• Knowledge of optometry principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$40 per hour, plus a commission plan based on sales performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive a retention bonus of $2,500 after one year of service.
