Manufacturing Laboratory Technician – mAbs Swing shift 10:30am – 7:00pm, with Rotating Weekends

Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Laboratory Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale biological production campaigns for GMP.
Key Responsibilities- Perform processes and operate equipment required for large-scale monoclonal antibody (mAb) production campaigns.
- Support aseptic inoculation and growth of mammalian cultures of various sizes.
- Operate bioreactors/fermenters, Tangential flow filtration (TFF), centrifugation, chromatography, and ultra-purification processes.
- Maintain equipment and problem solve as needed.
- Understand, follow, and accurately complete process documentation to maintain a high level of product quality.
- Work collaboratively with members of other departments.
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- BS in Biological sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in large-scale production or laboratory scale is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to prioritize work, think critically, and take initiative is required.
Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations, biohazards, continuous standing and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs.
