About the Role

St John Ambulance's West region is seeking a National Challenge Events Manager to develop and manage our Challenge Events programme, including flagship third-party events like the London Marathon. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering growth across our challenge events activity as part of our fundraising strategy, enhancing supporter journeys, and delivering an exceptional experience to drive greater supporter return.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the St John Ambulance Challenge Events programme, ensuring that all campaigns and events are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Develop an annual plan of activity to maintain and improve the current programme and to increase the challenge events portfolio, with the key driver being to increase income across challenge events.
  • Ensure our website and 3rd party websites are kept up to date with all challenge events opportunities and ensure that we have a strong focus on donor experience and journey.
  • Lead the implementation of supporter journeys (online and offline) for challenge events participants, putting the supporter at the heart of everything we do.

Benefits
