Responsibilities- Manage the St John Ambulance Challenge Events programme, ensuring that all campaigns and events are delivered on time and to budget.
- Develop an annual plan of activity to maintain and improve the current programme and to increase the challenge events portfolio, with the key driver being to increase income across challenge events.
- Ensure our website and 3rd party websites are kept up to date with all challenge events opportunities and ensure that we have a strong focus on donor experience and journey.
- Lead the implementation of supporter journeys (online and offline) for challenge events participants, putting the supporter at the heart of everything we do.
We work at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. We do this through developing and providing effective community response and outreach services and using our longstanding expertise to empower people with vital clinical skills and the confidence to use them.
BenefitsThe role benefits from a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, generous pension, hybrid flexible working, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing to 38 days over five years, options to buy and sell holiday, free first aid and mental health courses, Blue Light and NHS online shopping discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health and wellbeing tools, and volunteering days.
