We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our care home team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Charge Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses and care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with our company's values and standards.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and making recommendations for improvement.

Person SpecificationTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in nursing and a valid NMC pin number.
