Castle Employment is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join its growing division in the Scarborough area. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and excellent working hours.

The successful candidate will be part of a thriving production team responsible for installing, self-checking, and testing electrical equipment, containment, and cabling to meet clients' standards and timelines. They will develop and promote a culture of quality, ensuring all work meets established procedures, ISO 9001 processes, and technical specifications while staying up-to-date with 18th Edition & electrical testing requirements.

To excel in this role, you will possess proven experience in electrical installation, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. A 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or 17th Edition Installation Certificate) or minimum NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations is essential. The ideal candidate will also be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends, when required to meet project deadlines.
