We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Canine Carer to join our team at Dogs Trust. As a key member of our Rehoming Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and welfare management to dogs in our care.

About this role:

  • Provide daily care for dogs in our Rehoming Centre, adhering to Dogs Trust's code of practice and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Educate potential new owners and the public on dog care and welfare.
  • Establish strong customer relationships for the centre.

About you:

We are looking for an excellent communicator with empathy for both people and animals. A strong team player with a positive attitude, you will have experience working with or handling dogs and knowledge of basic behaviour and health issues.
